I don’t want to run out of this!
This seems to be one of the best products I have come across in a long time and I’ve tried many many products. It does a lot! My skin is smoother , brighter and looks much more youthful and moisturized. It doesn’t dry out my skin and it’s non-comonogenic. It only takes a small amount to thinly cover your face and neck as the directions say. I’ve already purchased l my second bottle as it is now one of my favorite facial products.

Innovative luxe packaging, horrific experience
To start, I have dry, somewhat sensitive, yet generally unproblematic skin. I regularly get compliments on my skin my hairdresser, my coworkers, my family, and friends all constantly commend my complexion. I regularly use AHAs, I’ve used everything from high-end lines like Augustinus Bader and medical grade Revision to the most basic routines of Cetaphil and vitamin E oil. My skin has tolerated complicated routines and completely stripped down ones with no real issues. So when I was offered the chance to try this new, very expensive skincare brand, I was excited, perfect timing for the holidays and all the selfies that come with it.
Unfortunately, that excitement did not last.
They asked me to test the set for two weeks. I figured the worst-case scenario might be a little dryness or patchiness that I could fix with extra moisturizer or oil. That was not what happened.
The first few days were fine, my skin felt a bit dry, but nothing unusual for trying new products. I assumed a few extra pumps of moisturizer or some barrier cream would be enough. But there was not enough barrier cream in the world to stop what came next.
About a week in, my skin was red, sensitive, and visibly irritated. My nose was cracking. I had at least seven pimples across my forehead, and I’m not someone who breaks out. I understand purging, but after checking the ingredients, nothing was drastically different from products I already use, so there was no real explanation for why my skin was suddenly inflamed and erupting.
Still, I pushed through the full two weeks. My skin pushed back harder. By the end, everything felt irritated, angry, and reactive.
Normally, if an influenster package doesn’t work for me, I just pass it along to a friend or family member who might like it. But this experience was so frustrating and genuinely painful that I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving it to anyone. And the price? Nearly $300 for sample sizes, before even getting into the full-size cost. I cannot recommend that kind of investment for this kind of result.
Individual Product Notes:
* Night Cream: Extremely irritating for me. This was the worst offender.
* AM/PM Serums: Not hydrating, did nothing for barrier support, and may have contributed to irritation.
* Day Cream: Just… mid. Nothing special.
* Eye Cream: I don’t normally use eye creams because I think they’re mostly marketing, and this one did nothing to change my mind, no difference, and it burned my eyes.
* Sunscreen: The only product I liked. The adaptive tint is nice, and it didn’t seem to aggravate my skin.
To be fair, I did try to adjust. I stopped the night cream at one point, tried using all three moisturizers at night, and even added my own trusted moisturizer into the routine. Nothing prevented the damage. My moisture barrier was so compromised I eventually had to see a dermatologist.
Final Verdict: If you have truly unproblematic skin and this still managed to destroy your barrier, something isn’t right. I cannot in good conscience recommend this line. I genuinely wanted to love it, but this was a hard no for me.

The night cream of your dreams! Will plump and revive your skin while you sleep
Babyyy this overnight cream is a dream! Your skin will soak this up IMMEDIATELY. So be warned, don't apply as a normal cream when you pump into your hands, rub together and apply all over. Nope. Pump into the back of one hand and using your other hand, apply to your skin in sections. You'll see, two pumps go along way. This cream has retinoid and AHA so it's gonna help with fine lines. I was scared at first because I haven't used products with those ingredients before, but I didn't experience any irritation and definitely feel my skin is more plump and hydrated. I like the packaging as well. Love the twist to completely seal the cream, which is amazing for traveling. Again the only downside I see is the price point, not because I don't think it's worth it, but because it's definitely up there as a luxury item. However, it's a luxury item well worth it!

Refreshing, anti-aging, hydrating perfection!
Only been using this cream about a month and I am obsessed!! My skin has never looked better, tighter, younger. I only need to use about one pump, and I find it to be perfect after the Skin Better serum. This overnight cream spreads perfectly and has a lovely fragrance that the rest of product line is missing. Honestly feels like my skin gets instantly tightened (in a good way!) whenever I use it. Like a fresh layer of skin that my aging self really needs. I’ve been trying to up my skincare game and this is a great new product I’d definitely buy again!
The screw cap is so cool and fun to use but I did eventually start leaving it screwed open because it was slippery to close with “lotion” fingers. I love to use this after every evening shower. Super hydrating- 5 starts!!

Didn’t work for my taste
This was a lovely product (s) to try - I had high hopes. When they arrived it was wonderfully packaged and secure. The bottles look pretty but it falls short. The pump style bottle breaks easily. One of my bottles was messed up upon arrival and wouldn’t pump down properly. You can’t get to the end of the product inside which can leave useful product when you’re approaching the end- wasteful. The products themselves don’t leave much positive for my skin. It sat on top of my skin and wouldn’t fully absorb to a point it felt heavy and greasy. Day use products didn’t play well under makeup. Eye serum was not as thick as expected for an eye treatment. Overall I wouldn’t use these items again. The cost is extreme considering there is too many flaws for my taste.

Retinoid AHA lightweight hydrating
This is my first time hearing about and trying Skin Better Science and it did not disappoint!! This brand is cruelty free something that’s very important to me. It’s a very science backed biotech skin care company that is innovative. It’s only available via authorized aesthetic professionals
The Alpharet is a retinoid with AHA for skin rejuvenation. Helps with fine lines and wrinkles and texture. I do not have those yet but hoping this will be a preventative. I didn’t notice a huge difference using this product but my skin feels nice and hydrated and my makeup goes on so nice.
The formula is lightweight, goes on easily and soaks in nicely. Packaging is amazing too!!
