Cloudfoam Pure 2.0 Shoes

Opening too small, new seam inside rubs foot.

I had the most amazing Cloudfoams in a 9.5. Those were great until I lost weight, and they became floppy on my foot. I ordered the all black Cloudfoam 2.0 in a 9. The opening is SO small, but once inside, the fit seems to be comfortable. I have a wider foot. A big drawback to these is that there is now a big, rough inside seam that rubs and leaves an imprint on my foot. I have to wear these barefoot (foot powder inside) because there isn't room in them for even thin socks. I don't remember that seam in my last pair of Cloudfoams. So disappointing because the soles are great, and besides the seam, the shoes allow me to walk great distances without pain! Now I'm trying to decide if I can live with this annoying, scratchy seam. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's wild that someone thought adding the inside seam would help anything! It also alters the shoes' appearance. The seam is on the exterior, too, and the material seems to bunch up and feel tighter in that sport. I'm pretty disappointed, so far.

Newer ones design flaw? Can’t get on.

These sneakers have unfortunately changed for the worse. I bought a pair of Cloudform several years ago, which I loved. In 2025 I bought 2 more pairs & cannot wear them because the opening is higher & virtually impossible to fit into, even though I have skinny, narrow feet. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. I truly wonder whether they are knockoffs because even the loop in the back to help pull them on is turned the wrong way. I bought them from Adidas directly. I’m reluctant to try again but did love the originals.

Quality:quality is great, same as the ones sold in stores. Appearance:it’s clean and package properly. Ordered this 12/18 and received it 12/20, in time shipping and it was packaged securely.
