Comfortable and stylish, but defect appeared

Ive been wearing the Adidas Grand Court for about less than 3 months, alternating between the white and black versions. Overall they’ve held up well and are very comfortable for daily use, such as driving, walking, or running. The fit is snug without feeling restrictive, and the simple, classic, and the nice styling makes them very easy to pair with outfits. One minor issue is with a small cut on the foot entry on my left shoe that has slowly grown. Now, it could just be mines and It has not affected comfort or performance but it’s visible and seems to get bigger which kinda bothers me. It can be a minor manufacturing defect, or maybe just my pair. Just keep in mind these shoes are made of synthetic leather, so they’re not the most heavy duty but i still expected about a year of wear before something like that. The shoes are practical, stylish, and comfortable. I’d recommend them for anyone who wants a cheap, reliable sneaker.

comfortable and brandy

These shoes are very comfortable and very high-quality. Whatever your regular size is, just choose that. For example, my size is 8.5 in most other brands, but here it shows as 8.5 — don’t let that confuse you. Just pick the size that matches your foot length. My foot is 25 cm, so I chose size 39 (8.5 here), and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable and looks great. I don’t know about long-term durability yet, but for now, they are excellent.

Most disappointed purchase ever

I bought these in the cloud white and platinum metallic color. They are so cute and fit well. After a couple days of wearing them, I noticed that the tongues were different colors. The left shoe had the word adidas in the platinum metallic color and the right shoe had the word adidas in black. After calling customer service, they confirmed that it shouldn't be that way and had me exchange them. The next time I got an order in, I got two left shoes. Very frustrating!! When I called costumer service and asked if the shoes were all made wrong or not, they did not respond. Just said they can't do an exchange more than once and refunded my money. This has been first experience with Adidas and I'm not only in shock about the lack of attention to detail but also by the lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying these shoes! Save yourself the frustration!

Shipping conditions deplorable

See photo of how these were shipped to me! This is not the Nordstrom treatment. Shows in a box with no lid and in a bag….the shoes weren’t even in the half box by the time I got them! No tags on shoes!!! Look worn. I’ll never order from the Rack again and this isn’t the first time! Oh and my dried up mascara came today too. Ridiculous quality!

Poor quality

I have alot of clothes and shoes from Adidas but these were the worst shoes I've ever had. I purchased these a few months ago and recently started to wear them (around 6 weeks ago) and they are already falling apart. I had to toss these in the trash since they were flapping open. Not sure if the quality is just going downhill for Adidas but I will stop purchasing shoes from here.
