Disappointing Reboot

HUGE fan of the Grand Court 2.0 for years. Own the shoe in multiple color ways, but my daily is the all white. Grand Court 2 was out in my size so I opted to try the Grand Court 3.0. This is not the same shoe. I ordered my regular size and found it to be narrower and generally tighter. The cloudfoam sole feels more like an egg crate foam topper than more memory foam like the prior versions. The bottom of the shoe is also harder and feels like I’m walking on hard plastic with no give. There’s also rubbing on my heels. The prior version have been wear straight out of the box with no break in. I’m so disappointed! For what it’s worth, my friend who also wears these daily told me totally unprompted that she just replaced her old pair and sent these back for the exact same complaints.

very comfortable and cute, but ran small for me

I usually have to size up for width, but with these shoes the length was too long when I did that. I ended up dropping a half size from my usual size and a whole size from my sized-up-for-width size I fluctuate between. Sometimes I feel these types of casual sneakers can lack cushion or support but these are very comfortable. I am very pleased with them and this was the lowest price I could find them for!
