adidas Men's Kaptir 4.0 Shoes

I love these, especially for the price!

I was looking for some new workout shoes. I stumbled upon these in another store, but they did not have them in stock. I saw them in Kohl's, saved 10 bucks, and got them sooner than expected. These shoes are awesome! They are sturdy. They have good traction: my other Adidas did not and I couldn't do burpees or planks because my feet would slip. They have great cushioning on the inside, and the fabric is firm enough that there are no "toe knuckles" showing like the other casual Adidas. Overall, I would recommend. As a final note, they look great! I love the gum sole.

Comfortable but flimsy.

These are super comfortable and fit great right out of the box. I especially appreciate how easy they are to slip on and off - you can pretty much tie the laces once and forget about it. I also appreciated the upgrade to rubber tread, but unfortunately the rubber started peeling off of the outsoles within a month of getting the shoes (with fairly light use). I got about a year out of my Kaptir 3.0s before the tread completely wore off and I’m about to toss these after less than 2 months. I know they’re inexpensive for a reason but this is disappointing.

Fake Sale Price Ok Shoe

Decent shoe, not all that comfortable running in or standing in for long periods of time. Dicks had them marked down to $89.99 on sale but apparently the price I paid was not a sale price.

What's up with the size?

Ordered the same size as always, but they are half a size larger than my other adidas shoes?? QC issue? Not willing to go through the hassle of exchanging for half a size smaller to see if it fits.

Way larger than the size says

I ordered a 10 1/2 wide and it’s more like a 12. I really wanted to like these shoes however they are way too big and I don’t even know where to go from here. Sorry, Adidas.

Not as pictured.

I ordered these online. Based on the picture, they appeared to be black and white uppers, with the sole fading from blue up to light blue. When they arrived, they are only black and white with the sole fading from white up to black. Bummer.

Extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship

Purchased these on sale. Only the black and white color combo were marked down mind you. Heel is twisted and sticks way out compared to ones seen in the store. Unfortunately I had wore them outside so did not try to return them. I love Adidas but feel like there was a reason they were on sale and none of the others were
