Patent Leather Dream

I’ve been looking for a pair of black patent leather like Adidas sneakers for a while, to style with a black and white patent leather Adidas bowling bag I’ve had for a little while. Well, I hit the style jackpot with these sneakers! Although I’m typically not a thin sole girlie when it comes to Adidas sneakers or any other brand, due to my Big Foot Betty status, but I could not resist these. The faux snake/reptile texture, the patent shiny sheen and last but not least, the cloud like comfort when I tried them on in the store (I typically wear a 10 or 10 1/2 in women’s sneakers and went with the 10). PERFECTION! The only thing that could send this sneaker into HOLY GRAIL status for me would be to make a platform version or elevate the sole just a few inches! I’d probably make it my exclusive footwear and never by another style of sneaker after that!

LOVE! Order 1 size smaller. They’re pure comfort!

After exchanging 1 size smaller they fit perfectly. I have just a bit of a wide foot but the width was perfect as was the fit. They’re so comfortable and no need to break them in. Very stylish wearing with jeans, dresses, basically anything. I’ve never been one to wear sneakers but I took one look at them and ordered them online (as I said I had to exchange for 1 size smaller; I normally wear 8.5 but the 7.5 fit perfectly with/without socks). The comfort level is amazing, even though the arch not being quite as much as I’m used to wearing. I love wearing them with anything because they are so comfortable. Mine are black with white stripes, totally gorgeous! Order them, you too will be very happy as me (at 72 years old).

Fabulous

This is my favourite fall sneaker! Not only are these Sambas extremely comfortable and lightweight, they make any outfit stand out. Surprisingly, despite their fun pattern, these Sambas match with a lot of clothing. Pair them with some barrel jeans and a denim peplum top! The possibilities are endless. I am so happy I was able to snag these while they returned in stock. They are a well-sought colour-way. Ensure to purchase .5 size smaller, as Adidas always runs a half size bigger.

Love the color but quality issues

Purchased white with silver stripe, gum sole in 8.5. Width was perfect and length was slightly longer than my 8.5s from other brands but not enough to go down to an 8.0. Really like the trendy design of shoe and silver stripe color way - interesting but still a neutral. Wanted to keep but returned due to quality issues. The seams at the soles were pretty shoddy quality. Glue overflow, cuts in the leather, stitching mistakes…unacceptable for a $100 pair of shoes. Hopefully this is not the case for all Sambas. I will try looking for another pair in store instead of ordering online again so I can inspect the quality before purchasing.

Very comfortable

I didn’t know what all the hype was with these shoes until I ordered a couple of pairs. I ordered my true shoes size and they fit perfect/comfortable right out of the box. They are very comfortable, slim/low profile so less space when packing and versatile with workout clothes, athletic leisure wear for running errands, jeans, shorts and even casual dresses and shirts. Great shoes for driving, walking, running errands and I even have worn them to the gym to work out and Zumba/line dancing. Highly recommend and they come in a variety of colors to choose from to suit your style and wardrobe.

perfection

These single-handedly go with almost everything I own. Versatile, comfortable, sophisticated, and flattering. I have several pairs of adidas, vans, and chucks; these are by far my favorite. Wear them with a dress or skirt to make it intentionally casual as well as unique, with your favorite shorts or jeans. This color combo is universal.

Stylish & Comfortable

I have tendinitis in my right foot and flat foot deformity in both foot. While the Samba has no arch support it is truly comfortable. It’s like wearing a pair of Toms Very lightweight. When my dad brought these to me I was very skeptical. I see PLENTY of people wearing these but as we know these days, people wear stuff to be trendy. He told me to just give them a try and I haven’t taken them off since.
