Good looking, sleek style in the white with black

I bought these in the white with black. They are sleek and classy! There is some padding but not super squishy yet still comfortable for my fussy feet. They look narrow, but felt roomy for my average width foot. I'm between sized and chose my larger option. I noticed that some people had a problem with the tongue rubbing the front of the ankle. I thought that might be a problem but after one wearing, it was not. I think it just depends on the persons anatomy and how tight they might want it on their foot. I threaded to the lower eye hole and not the top eye and found that is perfect for me.

Love these sneakers!

I've always liked Adidas sneakers, but these are the best style! They look great, fit true to size, come in a good variety of colors, and are comfortable. The best part is that the upper is not a suede or stiff leather. It's crocheted and similar to a knit, which really adds to their comfort. I do wear these with an insert to help with arch support. I now have these Sambas in black, bright blue, brown and now navy. Highly recommend, especially if you can get them on sale!

Love the color but quality issues

Purchased white with silver stripe, gum sole in 8.5. Width was perfect and length was slightly longer than my 8.5s from other brands but not enough to go down to an 8.0. Really like the trendy design of shoe and silver stripe color way - interesting but still a neutral. Wanted to keep but returned due to quality issues. The seams at the soles were pretty shoddy quality. Glue overflow, cuts in the leather, stitching mistakes…unacceptable for a $100 pair of shoes. Hopefully this is not the case for all Sambas. I will try looking for another pair in store instead of ordering online again so I can inspect the quality before purchasing.

perfection

These single-handedly go with almost everything I own. Versatile, comfortable, sophisticated, and flattering. I have several pairs of adidas, vans, and chucks; these are by far my favorite. Wear them with a dress or skirt to make it intentionally casual as well as unique, with your favorite shorts or jeans. This color combo is universal.

Stylish & Comfortable

I have tendinitis in my right foot and flat foot deformity in both foot. While the Samba has no arch support it is truly comfortable. It’s like wearing a pair of Toms Very lightweight. When my dad brought these to me I was very skeptical. I see PLENTY of people wearing these but as we know these days, people wear stuff to be trendy. He told me to just give them a try and I haven’t taken them off since.

Burgundy Pony OG Samba

The shoe is amazingly beautiful. The rich burgundy hues with pinkish clay accents is to die for! I love the pony hair and Suede features. This shoe should last the test of time. It’s a classic design! My only issue is the shoe strings a came damaged. Low score reason: Unfortunately, I cannot return nor exchange them because the shoe is sold out. Call customer service and was told nothing could be done about it. Not even compensation for sending me damaged shoe strings. That’s upsetting. Hopefully I can find some replacements to match the color one day soon.

Great shoe! Horrible shipping

Love the shoes, good experience with pickup. Somehow my multiple pairs are all different sizes but once I get that figured out, love all my Sambas and will keep purchasing. BUT posting this review after seeing how many others had horrendous packaging experience. I never got a replacement pair I ordered (now sold out) bc the packaging apparently got so damaged. Nordstrom needs to take a look at who is shipping these.
