Clubmaster Ray Ban Sunglasses

Very poor pack job - arrived damaged!

This is NOT a reflection of the product, but of the care taken when shipping. My new sunglasses arrived in a medium sized box, with no padding. The sunglasses were in the usual Ray-Ban silver cardboard box, which isn't terribly sturdy. I was so disappointed to find that they had been damaged during shipping. The glasses would have been perfect - classic Ray-Ban design & quality. The issue is with how little care Macy's used when shipping a $250.00 pair of sunglasses, with glass lenses. Just a thin little box shoved into a big box with no padding, being tossed around while in transit. It is not shocking that they came to me damaged. I contacted Customer Service and initiated a return. They emailed me a return label. Return process was painless, I received a gift card for the amount of my purchase and will purchase the same sunglasses again BUT I will probably end up going in store, which is what I was hoping to avoid. I figured having them shipped would be convenient as I am very time-pressed, but I am concerned to receive yet another damaged pair if this is how Macy's is shipping sunglasses these days. If you order sunglasses, please inspect them carefully as they might arrive damaged.

Frames came bent, Great color and very clean

Competitive price and clean lenses. I am very happy with the color and feel of them. However the glasses came extremely bent, I have to take them to a store to see if it’s possible to fix the frames. Very displeased with how they arrived considering the price of the glasses I would expect them to come with no problems.

Appearance:looks good feels legit ! Colour:black gold Material Quality:premium not legit ! The quality of the item is not authentic but its premium you have to search for the real one’s b4 buying there no numbers in the brigde suppose to be there is and the item its made even if its china or italy it should be indicate .. ! The good thing is i have vouchers and rebates i only pay 5,969 but too expensive for fake item .. but still fine to use just dont let your friends check if its original 😂 still give 5star though 🙄🥹 goodbye 5k 😫😂

Great shape, awesome color combination

Great sunnies, I love this shape. I have a rou d face and this shape is very flattering. Also the material of the glasses I think is better than usual acrilic glasses, the cokour is vibrant and I can see perfectly with them, no issues with seein the screen of my phone like with polarized glasses. They are a bit heavier than others but I also like that, they feel better quality.

Quality:💯 authentic Arrived safely. Product is securely double boxes and everything is fine until I found there’s some fishy and questionable things like QR code on the box can’t be used, the sticker on the box is not centred, stated made in China (please be informed rayban do have China made now), casing feels cheapo and the finishing is done badly. I contacted their customer service department to address concerns about the authenticity of this rayban *pictures and video attached. Regrettably, the assistance provided by the customer service representative fell below the expected standards of professionalism. These instances have left me with a diminished confidence in both the product's authenticity and the customer service provided by rayban.

Ordered this on 12.12 and just received it today! Definitely looks and feels so premium and you will notice big difference when using cheap sunglasses. All authentic markers are there. One thing I noticed is the temple is slightly bend so it’s unstable. Still, worth it for it’s price. Love RB!
