I love this stuff

is not thin but it’s fine. I have had a lot of trouble finding a hair care product that works for me but the combination of Highland’s Hair Cream and Pomade is by far the best I’ve found. This pomade is unlike any other I’ve found. Most pomades are like a jelly and make my hair look greasy but this one doesn’t do that at all. It has a matte finish and has a natural hold (not stiff like gels or sprays). If my hair gets windblown I can quickly rewet it and restyle it throughout the day and I think these products make my hair look even fuller and increase volume. They smell terrific (even a female friend who owns a big hair salon was impressed and ordered some for her son and clients when I shared it with her). I love the Highland shampoo too and have a recurring subscription to all three. I don’t like putting unhealthy chemicals in my hair so it’s great to finally find products that use healthy ingredients and make my hair look better than ever. I hope they create a conditioner next.

Great results, but not for the faint of heart

The glacial clay pomade is really high quality stuff. Really love the texture it can create and it can boost highlights and hold shape. Takes a little bit of practice to nail how much to use and the application, but once I got it down I subscribed to bimonthly reups. I end up blow drying on hot to get max volume and then focusing application to the roots on top and then slicking down the sides and part. As long as I leave my hair alone it can look good all day. However, prolonged heat, sweat or messing with it can cause it to break down throughout the day, which is pretty normal for hair products. Lastly, the product doesn’t wash out with just water and requires a stringent wash to get the residue out. Still, I use it every work day without fail and foresee that continuing indefinitely!

Unbelievable product

This stuff has blown me away. I’m someone who wears a hat 99% of every day, because no pomade works the way I wanted it to with my wavy undercut. Water-based pomades would feel super crunchy and greasy, and drop the hold within an hour. I tried this as a last ditch effort before summer to see if I could find something that would make me comfortable to go hatless, and this has far exceeded my expectations. Allows me to style my hair exactly how I want it, looks great all day and night, and smells amazing! So glad I found this.

Good stuff

I’m really loving how the glacial clay pomade allows me to style my fair for just the right hold. It’s not stuff and crunchy, but it stays put (unless it’s extra breezy 😁). I was a little skeptical when I saw the size of the container, but you really don’t need to use very much, and the quality is exceptional so the value is still there. I will be trying the glacial cream next to see how they work together.

More than a hair better than the rest

Glacial Clay Pomade has a wonderful soft texture and a pleasant aroma. Just a little bit goes a long way. It makes styling my hair easy without making it stiff. I've tried other hair products and Glacial Clay Pomade is by far superior to them all.

More Curls, More Hold or Both!

After using all my Glacial Clay Pomade, I thought I’d try the Glacial Cream since I was wearing my hair longer, and WHOA! my curls were more curly! If I was looking for hore hold, I’d use the pomade, then I used both for more curls and more hold, and what a winning combo, especially since I drive a Jeep! Thanks, Highland!

Love this stuff!

I've probably tried close to 30 different hair styling products, and this one is definitely my favorite. I have long hair and use it to smooth those flyaways that are so annoying. It has a light hold, I use about a dime size, which is perfect for me but someone wanting more hold would need to use more I imagine. Also makes my hair softer the day after I use it, so added bonus.
